We want to ensure that our clients are properly educated, expectations managed, booking, cancelling and rescheduling policies firmly understood BEFORE booking!
We charge 100% of the scheduled appointment for no show, no call, late cancellations(less than 24 hours), or late reschedules(less than 24 hours) appointments.
Late is considered less than 24 hour notice. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, or on reservation fees.
